As the market evolved, we decisively pivoted from a single-focus ToG business model to the broader ToB (corporate customization) and ToC (individual consumer) markets. By independently developing and designing stylish yet practical steel furniture for civilian use, and establishing a "dual-wheel drive system for domestic and international trade" – deepening our domestic channel presence while expanding into overseas markets such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia – we also integrated online e-commerce with offline experience stores, creating an "online-offline convergence" omni-channel marketing ecosystem.
